Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day policy for defective or damaged items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Because each Kaya Noir piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our size guide carefully before purchasing.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@kayanoirstore.com with a photo and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.

For EU customers, the 14-day cooling off period applies where required by law.
